A few days ago, I had a great meeting with one of our clients. Their yearly revenue currently is $15 million.
Our meeting was all about what they could do to grow that number.
So…I asked the question that I always ask…
What’s the goal?
It seems like such an obvious question. And yet, so many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of forgetting what their goals are.
Our client told me they have two key goals.
Both lofty goals, I’m sure you’ll agree. But the key here is that the client has them and has documented them.
They’ve defined where they want to be, which means they have a better chance of getting there.
So, I’m going to ask you the same question I asked them…
What’s your goal?
Define it now and remind yourself of it often. And in my next email, I’ll share the next question that you need to ask.
