What Do You Do If Nobody’s Liking or Commenting on Your Content

So you have a problem…

Nobody is liking or commenting on your content…

So what can you do about it?…

The first step is to find out why they aren’t engaging with your content.

There are two main reasons for that. Number one is that your content may suck, so you probably need better content.

But, if you are producing great content, you are probably struggling with reason number two. This is that the organic reach on most social media platforms nowadays is really, really low.

So what is the solution?

This is the simple part – produce more great content. I know this means there is more work. But it is worth it.

GaryVee offers some solid advice about this exact thing. In one of his podcasts he talked listeners through a couple of important numbers:

“If you only get one percent organic reach on Facebook, and if you’ve got a thousand fans, only 10 of those fans are even going to see a particular piece of content.”

Well, an almost guaranteed way to get more people to see your content, comment, and like your content is to produce more content.

If you only have a one percent reach and you do six pieces a day, you have increased your potential for likes and comments by 6x.

So, if nobody is liking and commenting on your content, the obvious answer is to produce more great content.

Simple answers are often the best answers.
