Yes at every stage you have final approval. All we ask is you reply to our approval requests within 2 weeks. Which, for most clients, is more than enough time.

If we don't hear back within 2 weeks we assume you're happy with the content and then auto-approve it for you... and continue to work on your other assets.

Side note: If you wish for us to make changes after that, it'll be at a rate of $150 per hour.

You get upwards of 2 revisions. That’s more than enough for 99.9% of clients. :)

Yes, you can! We just need 30 days notice.

On the Done For You plans, we do ALL the work. And we lead the way on all creative. We also write you emails. We craft you articles. And think through your content plan. We come up with the topics. We make all the key decisions.

On the Done With You Plans we get a little bit of help from you. Mostly what changes is how you submit the content to us. It’s a little bit easier on our side - and a time saver - which means we save on admin costs. Which in turn means we pass on savings to you. Also with the Done With You Plans, we only do video repurposing and social post creation - no articles, emails, infographics and marketing calendar.

On the Done By You plans - this is our best priced service. And the way we make the pricing work is you tell us what your headline should say for each video. And you tell us the time stamps to cut from your source content. It’s more hands on for you (though not brutal) but a big money saver.

When you upload a piece of content to be repurposed, you tell us what you’d like your headline to say. You also choose your favorite part of the video, blog article or podcast that you want repurposed. Then we’ll turn that section into:

1. Image quotes

2. Thumbnails

3. Video clips

4. Audiograms

And we’ll customise each of those for each social platform!

Since it saves the Fubbi team work (and money), we pass that saving onto you.

If you’re on Basic or Deluxe, your content will be back to you within 2 business days.

If, however, you’re on our Domination and you submit, say, 12 assets to be repurposed. Then all your assets will get dripped to you along the following timeline:

Assets 1-5: 2 business days after submission

Assets 6-10: 2-4 business days after submission

Assets 11 and 12: 4-6 business day after submission.

Nope. We stay true to what we’re great at which is repurposing your content.

Yes, we do! A real human types up your audio/video so it’s accurate. Then a second person checks it.
