How Often Should You Email Your List?

 

This is a question that I get a lot, and yet it’s so irrelevant. 

How so? Because the frequency of your email doesn’t matter – the performance does.

Here’s what I mean…

We have a client for whom we do one email per day.

Now, you might think that this is way too often. It may seem like this might make people unsubscribe.

And yet, it’s the exact reason why he has a ton of leads flooding in, day in and day out.

So does the frequency matter? Not really. 

What matters is that he has killer content in his emails.

It’s the classic ‘quality over quantity’ thing. If your emails don’t provide value, their number won’t matter – they’ll fail anyway.

So what I want you to focus on is creating amazing emails that people love engaging with. Obviously, sending them regularly is better than doing it on occasion, but don’t focus on how often you should do it. 

Instead, pack them with value and you’ll see how well they perform.
