Selling in Emails

 

Let’s face it – nobody wants to get bombarded by sales pitches whenever they open their inbox.

It’s no wonder many businesses are hesitant to sell in emails. They’re too scared of pissing people off.

But it doesn’t have to be like this. In fact, people might look forward to every single email that they receive from you.

To make this happen, you need three things.

First of all, you need amazing content. You want people to see your name and go ‘Wow, something good’s coming.’ 

If you don’t get this right, people might lose interest very quickly. They’ll find you boring and unsubscribe.

The second thing is a killer super signature.

It’s an amazing tool that can really boost your sales. That’s a topic of its own that I can’t get into here, so Google it and you’ll find a ton of information.

Lastly, you need a soft segue into your offer. This is especially important if you own an ecommerce business, but it applies to other businesses as well.

Linking to your product in a non-aggressive way can be a great way of landing more sales, especially if your content is awesome.

If you have these three things in place, people will love receiving your emails. And you won’t be annoying people, either.
