How does your process work?

As they say, actions speak louder than words. Which is why it’s all explained in the video above.

Do I have final approval?

Yes at every stage you have final approval. All we ask is you reply to our approval requests within 2 weeks. Which, for most clients, is more than enough time.

If we don't hear back within 2 weeks we assume you're happy with the content and then auto-approve it for you... and continue to work on your other assets.

Side note: If you wish for us to make changes after that, it'll be at a rate of $150 per hour.

What if I am not happy with my content?

You get upwards of 2 revisions. That’s more than enough for 99.9% of clients. :)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can! We just need 30 days notice.

Do you post on social media for me?

Nope. We stay true to what we’re great at which is repurposing your content.

Do you take care of my captions?

Yes, we do! A real human types up your audio/video so it’s accurate. Then a second person checks it.

How long can your videos be?

Up to 2 minutes max.

Do credits roll over?

Unfortunately, they do not... which is why we suggest to all clients that they batch their content submissions for the month.

How much source content do you need to give us to create your clips?

For every 2 minute video clip we create for you, we need 7 minutes of source content as the minimum. So that means if you send us a 28 min piece of source content (say a FB live, or a YT video) we'll be able to create 4 awesome standalone clips.

If you send us 60 min piece of source content, we'll be able to create 8 awesome clips.

Are my video clips cut for each platform?
