I told my client to do Q&A sessions. Just talk to people and see what they want to learn about.
There’s no easier way to figure out what your audience needs. When you hear the most common questions that they ask, you’ll know exactly what their pain points are.
The best thing about this is that it’s an endless source of fresh ideas. Your audience’s needs will change with time, and a simple Q&A session will help you to stay up-to date with all these changes.
If you’re consistent with it, your relevance in the market will stay intact.
